This document presents a global Guidance on A whole school approach to prevent school-related gender-based violence: minimum standards and monitoring framework. The limitations of data collection and monitoring mechanisms around school-related gender-based violence (SRGBV) are widely acknowledged. This guide provides a framework to guide policy makers and practitioners in designing school violence prevention programmes and strengthening response actions. The prevention model is based on eight evidence-based standards and is accompanied by a monitoring approach with a set of proposed indicators at school, district and national levels. The goal is to enable implementation strategies to be adapted and monitored in order to improve data collection and accountability around incidents of SRGBV at the school, district and national levels.
This document presents a global Guidance on addressing school-related gender-based violence. This Global Guidance provides key information to governments, policymakers, teachers, practitioners and civil society who wish to take concrete action against SRGBV. It introduces approaches, methodologies, tools and resources that have shown positive results in preventing and responding to SRGBV. We are confident that this will contribute to further promote the generation of knowledge, evidence and standards of response against this pervasive problem. With the Global Guidance in hand, this is a key moment for all of us to ensure that SRGBV does not remain a barrier to achieving the SDGs
This document presents Results of a sector-wide survey to review progress on tackling sexual misconduct and gender-based violence, harassment and hate crime. The framework was set out in a report, Changing the culture (UUK, 2016), along with a series of practical recommendations to support the implementation of the framework. Alongside this, the taskforce recommended that the framework to support universities in handling incidents of student misconduct that could also constitute a criminal offence, known as the Zellick report, should be revised. تمثل الوثيقة تقرير حول التوجيهات العالمية للتصدي إلى العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي في البيئة المدرسية. توفر هذه التوجيهات العالمية معلومات أساسية للحكومات وواضعي السياسات والمعلمين والممارسين والمجتمع المدني الذين يرغبون في اتخاذ إجراءات ملموسة لمناهضة العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي في البيئة المدرسية. وتقدم طرقًا ومنهجيات وأدوات وموارد تظهر نتائج إيجابية في منع العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي في البيئة المدرسية والتصدي له. وإننا على يقين بأن هذه التوجيهات ستساهم في زيادة التشجيع على اكتساب المعرفة وإيجاد الادلة ووضع معايير التصدي لهذه المشكلة السائدة. وبفضل توافر التوجيهات العالمية، فهي لحظة حاسمة لضمان عدم تحول العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي في البيئة المدرسية إلى عائق تجاه تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة.
